The EA-BN412LAS/CE6 is a lightweight, durable robotic torque limiting screwdriver (1.3 – 10.42 in-lb). It has been designed for integration with any robot. Simply use the mounting plate to attach to your robot and the driver is ready to go! Using either our smart power supply or signal control allows you to start and stop the driver remotely and provides the required feedback for any robotic system. This screwdriver has a brushless motor that generates less heat, requires less maintenance, and is ideal for assembly application including clean-room applications. It has a full Auto Shut-Off clutch which completely stops the bit from turning once the torque setting is reached. Common usages for this screwdriver are assembly fastening applications that require one or all of the following: robotic systems integration, torque control, low torque values, and RPM control. Does not include power supply and will need a smart power control or signal controller when being operated by a robotic system.
Power Supply & Controllers available for the EA-BN412LAS/CE6:
- SP-B32HL61T1/C6: Power supply that supports Hi/Low RPM, must be used with EAA-SCBSN6 Signal Controller when integration with a robot. The EAA-SCBSN6 signal controller is required with this power supply to allow the robotic system to turn the screwdriver on/off and receive torque good/no-good signal.
- SP-BC32HL101T/C6: Power Supply & Screw Counter: Power supply with Hi/Low RPM, slow start, output signals, and screw counter with run down verification functionality.
